The Holidays and How to Fit Your Yoga Practice into Your Day!
As the holidays approach, we get overwhelmed with things to accomplish before parties and family time! It is during this time that we can forget to keep the daily practices that offer us the opportunity to stay in the present. If you tend to give up your workout and notice this happening, taking a few minutes a few times a day to sit, breathe, and find stillness can help your mind and body relax. If this isn't enough, join the community of yogis seeking harmony in their lives!
Holiday Yoga Schedule:
Stress-free Yoga Flow and Sound Bath: December 8, 9:00 -10:30 am; December 19, 6:30-8:00 pm, Investment Per Session: $40 Join us for a calming 90-minute flow class and Sound Bath suitable for all experience levels. The first 60 minutes will focus on grounding practices, mindful breathing, and flowing movements designed to energize and balance your whole body. The final 30 minutes invite you to relax fully and soak in the restorative energy of a soothing sound bath.
Mindful Movement Yoga Classes: December 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, &31, 9:30-10:30 am; Investment Per Class: $40 This all-levels class is designed to harmonize the body and mind through mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. It’s a great way to relieve stress, build flexibility, and increase strength—join us to feel the difference.
All Classes have 8 spots and can be reserved at any time before class. If you have to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance.
Take advantage of the Class Passes before the end of the year! Prices will be increasing in January.
