MY BACKGROUND
From Dance to Yoga: A Journey of Self-Discovery
​Movement has always been my sanctuary. As a child, dance became my voice, each twirl and leap expressing emotions I couldn’t put into words. As I grew older, yoga became a natural evolution of that expression—not just as a physical practice, but as a path to deeper self-awareness and inner peace. I'm passionate about the transformative power of yoga and how it weaves together music, breath, movement, and balance into a symphony of harmony and emotion. Every class I lead is more than just movement; it’s an immersive journey of growth, self-discovery, and awakening something new within each participant.
Yoga Asana Education
My love of yoga began in 2014 when I completed my 200-hour training at Lifetime Fitness in Overland Park, KS. What started as a simple curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion. Specializing in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, I found the perfect blend of discipline and flow, igniting my desire to help others experience the same transformation I had.

After relocating to the East Coast, I enrolled in an 800-hour Spanda Yoga Therapy training, culminating in my graduation in January 2024. This intensive program reshaped my approach to yoga, empowering me to guide clients through profound healing and deeper self-discovery. Throughout every twist and turn in my journey, my dedication to sharing yoga’s transformative power remains unwavering—helping others find balance, strength, and peace that transcends the mat.
​Ayurveda: The Science of Life
Seeking to expand my knowledge and offer more holistic care to my clients, I earned a master’s degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. This program opened my eyes to the incredible synergy between ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern wellness practices. One of the most enlightening aspects was learning Nadi Vigyan, or pulse diagnosis, an ancient Ayurvedic art that feels almost magical. By interpreting the subtle rhythms of the pulse, I can uncover hidden imbalances and craft personalized wellness plans that honor each individual’s unique constitution and healing path.

A Rich Tapestry of Yoga Practices
Every new chapter in my career has enabled me to explore a diverse range of yoga styles, from the flowing energy of Vinyasa and the stillness of Yin to specialized practices like Yoga for Sports Performance and Yoga for Autism and Special Needs. Whether we’re flowing through Barre Fusion, sinking into a restorative Yoga Nidra, or balancing on a paddle board, I emphasize mindful alignment, modifications, and breathwork. My mission is to create a space where every student feels strong, centered, and at peace in both body and mind—on the mat and in their everyday life.

Empowerment Through Meditation
Meditation is at the heart of everything I do, and one of my greatest joys is guiding others through it. Teaching meditation is about more than just stillness—it’s about helping people connect with their breath, reflect, and grow in a fast-paced world. In every class I teach, each breath becomes an opportunity to slow down, reset, and cultivate mindfulness. Together, we can carve out a path of healing, balance, and resilience, empowering you to move through life with calm, confidence, and clarity.
